How does a Werkvertrag differ from temporary staffing (AÜG)?
Under a Werkvertrag pursuant to § 631 BGB, we owe a defined, acceptable result and bear the performance risk — you do not manage external personnel. This clearly distinguishes the cooperation from temporary agency work (AÜG).
Who manages and supervises the personnel on site?
Our own foremen manage the team directly on site. Your company does not direct external personnel — this is exactly what makes the Werkvertrag audit-proof towards customs and pension insurance authorities.
Which quality standards apply?
We work according to the relevant industry standards — such as EPAL visual inspection with A/B/C sorting for pallets or DIN 4074 for sawn timber. Execution is documented and traceable.
What happens if a worker is unavailable or not a good fit?
We promptly provide an equally qualified replacement — at no additional cost to you. The continuity of your operations comes first.
Can we end the cooperation at short notice?
Contracts are concluded per order or per period. There is no personnel commitment — the cooperation ends with the agreed work or on the agreed date.
